Bill Suddick
The Illustrator behind our Football Humor
With over 40 years of experience as a humorous illustrator and designer for high-profile clients in editorial and advertising, I've had the pleasure of working with various publications and brands. Please check out some of my work at: billsuddick.wix.com and www.redbubble.com.
I spent 17 years as a professor at Seneca College, where I taught in the Art Fundamentals and Independent Illustration Programs. During my time there, I served as the Summer Coordinator for the Art Fundamentals program for 15 years and held the role of Acting Coordinator before becoming the official Coordinator. My teaching journey spans over 32 years, including positions at OCAD, George Brown College, Centennial College, and The Haliburton School of the Arts.
In August 2020, I left my position at Seneca College to focus on my own projects and overall well-being, including pursuing painting, cartoons, wood carving, sculpture, photography, independent animation projects, and more. I aim to live well by enjoying activities like boat building, kayaking, canoeing..., just living well, at The Lake.
My specialties include humorous illustration, character design, generating ideas, teaching, and assisting students in reaching their creative goals. I consider myself a "jack of all trades, master of some."
